Info about the land and the project

This is a place of healing, it all starts with humbling yourself as this is a primitive property with the purpose of healing the land and animals, not catering to your unreasonable request. Yes it's gotten to the point this MUST be said. This is a 72 agricultural research and development park, not the Ritz Carlton. Mind you, pay $2000 a night and much more is possible. You are NOT forced to book here. But you are forced to act like an adult and NOT EXPECT what is NOT promised. In the 11,000 visitors/supporters in the six years of doing this project, only about 100 of those visitors really should NEVER leave their home as this is A SCARRY WORLD for them and THEY ARE A DANGER TO THE ANIMALS. LAND AND KIND GUESTS. I am highly considering weighting a book to share this life and all that I have endured, the very good and VERY bad! HUMANS DO BETTER! Stop ruining good things because you have refused to heal from your trauma, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU! 

Now into the good. This is a fully offered PRIMITIVE location. We DO NOT have environmentally wasteful flushing toilets. If you come expecting them we will laugh at you and educate you with shame. Why because if you fail your responsibilities to read, look and comprehend, what else are we to do with all of our time you waste that we will never get back?

Because of the many un-hinged folks we have recently had to the unfortunate experience in hosting, we now hold the right to sue for your failure to perform under your booking contract. We reserve the right top bill you a $5000 legal retainer if you cause a disruption to our business. This amount does not include the final settlement amount, legal fees or related. If criminal case is submitted, we reserve the right to seek restitution from that court as well.
